Customer Service & Management Trainer
Minimum Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Trainer in the hospitality industry; must have experience as a Restaurant Manager.
- Experience in an ISO-certified company is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement training programs for management and customer service.
- Oversee talent management, ensuring equitable development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage staff productivity.
- Conduct training needs analyses and prepare quarterly reports.
